LightUp is a Japanese puzzle game with a built in puzzle generator. It is capable of generating large number of unique puzzles with different types of logic. The easy to use interface provides the ultimate gaming expereince. LightUp, invloves placing bulbs on a Grid. While placing the bulbs, the player has to take care that no bulb is repeated on the same row and the column. The placed bulb will illuminate a corresponding row and column till any coloured cell occurs. If no coloured cell occurs in Row or Column, it is illuminated till the end. Illumination can be turned off using given menu option.
LightUp does not involve any mathematics. Numbers on a colored cell indicate how many bulbs can be placed next to it. Settings are provided to play a game in different combinations of number of rows and number of columns. The game gives the user a variety of puzzles and ultimate challenge to the brain as the logic which is generated is always selected at random. The game also tracks the time taken by the user to solve the puzzle. If the user wants, he/she can generate a new puzzle and start playing it all over again.
